not even 1*, truthfully it is the worst practice. Nurses don’t know what they’re doing, receptionist aren’t helpful and are dismissive, certain departments have no one attending the phone line (outpatients dermatology), you can never reach anyone. The worst and most stressful experience!
The Heart of Hounslow is a large multi-provider health centre close to the main high street in Hounslow town centre. On the first floor the blue wing is the eye testing facility or the NHS eye screening for which I had an appointment today. My tests were done by a fantastic professional optician Dr. Mohammed, who made me feel so comfortable during all the tests he did on my eyes. So far the best I have seen in UK. Do take your eye screening tests here if you can.
Recently visited for the first time for speech therapy appointment. The reception was very helpful, passed the message to the therapist that I'm running late by approximately 5mins, the appointment was not cancelled. The therapist Laura is great, my little one loved session with her and bonded with her really quickly. She is extremely professional and kind, very patient and gave me tons of information how can I help my child. The place in general looks modern and clean. 5⭐ from me.

GP that doesn't provide first aid if you are not registered with them. Please, next time you have an emergency, avoid them, and you will be safe.
Despicable behaviour from a nurse called Vicky who took bloods from my 18month old. She came late to the room while we were waiting with an Indian nurse. And rushed into taking the bloods, not explaining clearly how to hold my baby during this procedure, and just saying to keep him still as he is 18months and won't just sit still during his first blood work. As expected he started screaming while they were taking the blood work, after a few mls were taken she raised her voice and screamed at me "you aren't holding him still so I have to do this again, its your fault" not only was her mannerism unprofessional but rude. My husband was shocked at her behaviour, not only did this experience put us off this clinic but I will be making sure that no other mother will be spoken to this way, and make sure these workers have ample training in customer servicing patient empathy by making thus a formal complaint.
This is the worst gp I have ever been to appointments always being delayed and the receptionist don't help at all as if they do not know what they are doing they keep requesting the wrong amount of my medication even though I take the same medication every month this can cause harm to my health as it is dangerous if I don't take medication I hope I find a new gp and get the help and time me and my family need.
I had a blood test with Mrs Sheetal A Patel. She is very unprofessional and have attitude problem. She dealt with me roughly, move my arms like through something on the floor. A rough attitude which is totally against British values. I can never imagine any British brought up nurse can ever do that. This reflect surgery goodwill
