Guy doesnt always do what he says he will (we use them for work purposes) and on the day i visted he didnt understand how to pick up a prescription that has been released but im grateful he worked it out eventually as i really needed them!
No customer service.
Rude people at the counter, spoke with the pharmacist and were also rude.
If you're going with something they don't usually deal with the first answer is no. They don't listen to the explanation or any enquiries.
The best chemist in enfield i been going there for many years. Mr Tushar very good with great experience and the staff been very helpful all time they treat me very well and Always give the best advice. I rate this chemist 5/5..Regards Vince
Sha poja and all resident workers have been kind, professional and served all comunitiies and demographics equitablly. Halil runs the Palace superbly and is approachable. I commend this pharmacy
Constant mistakes with repeat prescriptions, either never have the items or they have the wrong dosage. Had to go back three times to get one item and it was the wrong dosage. Staff seem to not know what they’re doing and are condescending to customers. Went in today, and there were 5 other customers that ended up either not getting their prescription and were told to go to Boots, or they gave them items of the wrong dosage and were told to come back for the rest. Would not Recommend using this pharmacy.

Do not go there, I was charged £25 for a morning after pill when I got it for £10 in the same condition a month ago and they didn’t even ask any safety questions, the Indian supposed pharmacist is a proper scammer, he gave me £5 discount when I wanted to discuss the price and he told me to harry up and leave so I don’t lose my train. Unbelievable. He deserves to be sued for what he’s doing but I don’t have the time for that. I’m begging you DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU REALLY NEED THE MEDICATION. Furthermore I must say that he scammed me another time last year for a different medical treatment that I bought for my mum. Shame ❗️❗️❗️
