Number either rings out or is constantly engaged. No letter or email to help you find a different way to communicate - just a text with a telephone no. Text is a no reply number so all routes lead to nowhere! Update : finally got through only to be told there's only one person who does the bookings and he's not in today - ring back tomorrow. If you need this service you need to take time off to sit on the phone lines. Good luck
I called the vaccine booking line to book my first dose at Ilford Town Hall. I got an appointment to be vaccinated the very next day. Overall, staff made the procedure quick and easy as well as explaining what would happen on the day very well. Great service :)
Waited 2 hours for a callback. When I received the call and answered, I was put hold hold in a queue. The GP then sends me a message saying I didn’t answer then call. Now I have no idea how long I’ll be waiting for a call back for my elderly mother. Not impressed.
They booked my appointment for test and they send me sms for cancel or reschedule it but I called them many many times and the link is also not working and they didn’t attend any single call it’s very disappointing.
It's a pity that I can't just leave 0 or minus star.
Applied a job here and they keep changing the interview time while I told them several times that I am at work so need to squeeze time to do the interview.
The first time, I couldn't log in the zoom meeting for some reason so they told me not to delay other candidates and asked me to do the interview later, I was upset already but I compromised, and they wanted to change the second agreed time again after I went back to work, I was at work so didn't get their calls. They didn't even bother to inform me in any other way but just had me waiting for the second booked time for nothing and then after I told them I am still waiting, they said the interviewer is not available so need to arrange another time for the interview.
When I complained about all this, the staff on the phone didn't even apologise and made it like it was my fault.
Just incredible how they work and how rude, disrespectful to people, I don't even have to work there to know that there must be something wrong with this place.

I went for the astrazenica jab at King George Hospital, I was rejected for the jab on the day because I had, had 3 bloodtests within the last 6 weeks, two of which showed I had nearly double the normal D-Dimer level. King George had me admitted conducted a cat scan and x-rays, about a week before this The Holly hospital carried out an MRI scan and X-rays, neither hospital could find a blood clot, so both injected me in the stomach and have me pills to take. The King George hospital advised me to contact my GP and book an alternative vacancie has I am not suitable for Astrazenica. My GP gave me the number of Healthbridge Direct and advised they deal with the bookings on their behalf. Healthbridge advised me I can only have an astrazenica vaccination unless I can prove I am not suitable, I emailed my discharge letter form King George Hospital, however this was not good enough for Healthbridge, they required evidence direct form my GP. My GP's surgery has confirmed to me that they have emailed Healthbridge. Employers of Healthbridge have advised me that they would call me back, they never do, they also have advised me the manager would call me back, she has not done so, its now been over two weeks I have been trying to book an appointment through Healthbridge, today I spent nearly 3 hours on hold and failed to get through to anyone, I try everyday, I either give up after I have been on hold for over an hour or if I get through to them, I get lied to or given false promises. Healthbridge Direct just does not work, its an absolute nightmare, I really don't know who to contact now.
Healthbridge have sent me 3 text even though I should no longer be registered with them. I have moved 90 miles away & am with a new GP. I have told the surgery various times of my move but am still getting various reminders for this & other stuff. I presume they are getting paid to keep my name on their books
I have been working for HealthBridge Direct since 2019. The company provides their staff with opportunities and promises outstanding patient care. My colleagues Sanah, Farzana and the Covid Team have worked tirelessly and gone out of the way for Redbridge patients to ensure that they get their vaccinations in time and remain safe and well. HBD's support to Redbridge GP practices would never go unnoticed. I would always remember HBD as a responsible employer in a carefree environment.
