At first I wasn't happy how this doctors dealt with my transfer from my previous GP however after having a few appointments I am pleasantly surprised given the other reviews.
I booked an appointment after feeling unwell all the time and the doctor was great. He was super informative and got me in for blood tests ASAP, he arranged for six different tests and even called me on a Sunday to let me know the results so he didn't leave me hanging. I have had to be prescribed a fast track of injections and have been really happy with them accommodating appointments to suit my work schedule. The nurse who has been administrating my injections has been so lovely and informative and given these aren't nice injections, has been super lovely and made me feel comfortable. I am so happy with the service I have had so far :)
The Asian man receptionist is incredibly rude and ignorant . He should not be at the face of the gp at all dealing with patients that’s the wrong job for him ( I specifically mentioned his race and gender as I received the opposite treatment form the ladies , they are lovely and helpful every time , you wouldn’t think they work in the same place, same hours !) .
I’ve seen him treat me and others this way the first time when I was registering and I thought oh he must have a bad day. But it carried on and it’s not ok.I will also be making a formal complaint about him as this is not acceptable!!! He shouldn’t have a place in healthcare in my opinion. ????
Latvian or Polish lady on reception very helpful and kind. Saw Dr Ibrahim who identified the problem with my left leg. Prescribed anti biotic but it also needed the attention of a nurse due to a wound that had not healed properly Now it has split open and my leg is infected again Dr observed that I could not reach my leg but he dismissed that .No appointments available.
Terrible rude ignorant insulting receptionist
This group of surgeries has got be one of the worst in the UK to be able to get in contact with over the telephone, wait in the queue only to be cut off after waiting over 20 minutes . Pathetic! this has happened to my 88 year old mother on numerous occasions.
One star is too much for them … the worst clinic ever ! The receptionist was just arguing with me i was making an appoitment for my nephew because he has temperatures and sore throat has been vommiting and the receptionist said she wont book an appoitment for him because his a grown 13 years old and started to argue with me telling me to shutup it has always been like that the gp and the receptionist are so rude and make u feel so uncomfortable they should close that clinic !
I have been registered here for more than 10 years, thank you for your work, I am happy to meet the wonderful doctor USMAN Farooq, who takes care of the patient, knows how o understand the course of the disease, Thanks very much for your work

Reception staff are good but secretary is only in one day a week so it takes a long time to process any kind of admin request. Some GPs are very good like Dr Sharma, but others do not take depression or suicidal thoughts seriously which has left me not wanting to access healthcare due to not being listened to. Communication with patients is very poor, I have not been informed about important changes in my healthcare. Very difficult to get an appointment if you can’t call at 8am, which I can’t due to sleep problems. I have changed GP surgery now and it’s much better
Yesterday i call my baby is not very well my baby have a diarrhoea receptionist pick the call and taking very rude receptionist not listen to my problem and cut the call.
