HD Auto Specialist are a fantastic trustworthy garage, with an excellent, professional, honest and hardworking team. I’ve had many cars and I’ve been to many different garages for my cars but the truth is that at HD Auto’s I feel at home ????. The team are fantastic! Steve the boss is the most honest man I’ve ever dealt with in regards to any vehicle I’ve had, he tells you as it is, never lies about what the problem may be with your vehicle, no scheming or trying to make more money out of you like I’ve experienced before and he is very generous. Their prices are great, extremely reasonable. There is nothing bad I can say about this garage. I trust them wholeheartedly with my vehicle. Claire who works on the reception, she is such a lovely lady, so attentive to the customers, making sure they are comfortable and happy with the given service, if you wait around for your vehicle she will give you such a great laugh! Such a lovely woman, so is Fizal, the mechanic that worked in my vehicle, he is extremely knowledgeable and will spend time speaking with you about your vehicle giving you great advice even for the after care of the vehicle. The whole team are just diamonds ????. Such honest, kind and welcoming people, which is extremely hard to find nowadays. Hats off to all of you!
This is my second time using their service. Their customer service is superb, they are all very welcoming, informative and efficient.
Prices are good and they have been very flexible and accommodating for my ‘last minute drop ins’..

Just been to this company for a tyre repair and cannot praise Badger and John enough. Done a great job at reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.
I went to HD Auto Specialists for the first time to have my passenger and driver side rear tyres replaced. The atmosphere was friendly, nice and welcoming. As I drove the car into the workshop one of the workers heard an unusual rattling noise from the car. After replacing my tyres the worker got the mechanic to have a listen to the noise & straight away he identified what the issue was. It turned out that my engine oil level was very low (below the low marking on the dip stick) & that was causing the engine to have the rattling sound. I went & purchase the engine oil for my car model & the rattling sound has stopped. THANK YOU to John (tyre fitter) for picking up on the issue & his colleague (mechanic) for a spot on diagnosis. You guys have saved me from a potential expensive bill. Definitely I would recommend HD Auto Specialists to friends & family (1st impression counts)????
Untrustworthy & bad workmanship. I had all 4 of my worn tyres changed here in March 2020. As soon as I left the garage my tyre pressure monitoring system malfunctioned and a warning light has been displayed on my dashboard ever since. The staff here thought it was acceptable to damage one of my tyre pressure sensors (when changing the tyre) and to not tell and me. They then DUCK TAPED the damaged pressure sensor + chip back to my alloy. When you are running a business honesty doesn’t go far. But they chose to do this behind my back whilst I was asked to sit in the waiting room, rather than being honest and rectifying the mistake they had made. Would not recommend this garage to anyone.
At our friends place with a hire car, got a flat tire. I walked down to HD Auto Specialists and they helped me out with another tyre and fitted it on-site.
Excellent service and great price.
Fisal and Claire were amazing in helping me after a tyre punctured and I turned up flustered and unannounced first thing Monday morning.. My Breakdown team couldn’t help me as I was one mile outside my area for recovery!!!. Fisal calmly and expertly got me back on the road within 45 minutes so I could get home to an appointment. Amazing attitudes, polite, friendly and respectful.
Great team and I would fully recommend and definitely use again. 10/10 completely satisfied guys!!! Thank you Fisal and Claire ????
