I have had my repeat prescriptions managed by this pharmacy for years. I won't have any other pharmacy do my prescriptions. The staff and delivery drivers are so lovely here and knowledgeable. They have always been really helpful. A few days ago my GP had a huge prescription sent to the pharmacy and Pradip and Ahmad dealt with this so efficiently and they were fantastic! As usual, they done a great job and I cannot thank them enough for doing such a large amount of medication to check through on the spot! I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
I am always grateful to all the team at this pharmacy. I know I can ask for their medical advice and I feel reassured they know my medication so well and every single month - give brilliant service. I would never use a different pharmacy.
The delivery drivers are excellent too. They often deliver my monthly prescription and are so friendly and kind. The drivers deserve as much praise as those working inside the pharmacy. They all work well as a team and you can clearly see evidence of this. I just want them all to know how much I appreciate all they do for me.

Disappointed with Customer Service
I recently visited your pharmacy and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had paid for a full prescription but was only provided with a partial amount of the medication. When I requested the remaining medication be sent to me due to my work schedule, I was met with resistance and rudeness from your staff. Despite explaining my situation, I was told I would need to collect the rest of the medication in person.
As someone who relies on your pharmacy for essential medications, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and empathy shown. While I understand that mistakes happen, it's important for pharmacies to prioritize customer service and take responsibility for errors.
Really helpful supported me with looking at alternative medications for some that was out of stock. Friendly and helpful service from Ahmad, Peter and Arsian. Great service.
Peter the pharmacist was so amazing and helpful!! & Ahmed support with my enquire. So glad to have both their support. Glad to know there are good health care professionals around !! Great job guys
My daughter was prescribed antibiotics that weren’t available at several chemists. I phoned HBS and thankfully Ahmad who answered the phone said they had them. Went to collect them and Naeem prescribed them asap. Don’t often leave reviews but I think nowadays fantastic service should be recognised and applauded. Thanks to a great team ????????
I was seriously considering leaving this pharmacy medication was never on time but there has been some new members of staff lately very friendly and efficient especially naeem and Ahmed very polite helpfull and friendly . I would recommend this pharmacy to family and friends.
