Excellent. Received my order very quickly it was packaged well. Had my order number by email after I placed the order, kept well informed with my delivery date and who it will be delivered by. It arrived as stated by a nice driver, was even sent a text on my home phone stating the date and time it was delivered.
A really good company, very happy with them and definitely order again. ????
There has never been a time that I have gone into this pharmacy and not had to wait at least 20 minutes (up to 55 minutes on one occasion). On arrival at the pharmacy, there is no eye contact from staff, who admittedly are busy in the back. Surely customer service is key and at least one member of staff should be allocated to the front desk. I have watched many people put things back on the shelf and leave the store. Recently I was told on 3 occasions that my mother in laws medication would be delivered only to have to collect it a week after the prescription was given to them. Had this not been my mother in laws named pharmacy, I would never return.

I bought some codeine online as it was easier and less time consuming than going to my GP! I'm aware of its addictive nature and only take it for a few days. However it was reassuring that I had to answer certain safety screening questions first before being able to purchase it. Parcel delivery was really quick - quicker than making a GP appointment! Thank you, I will definitely use you again, if needed.
Never used this pharmacy before and won't be using it again.
I went to collect a prescription with 2 items in it, I was offered a free blood pressure check which I was grateful for but did have to wait a while for my prescription. After my name was called the young lady behind the till passed me only half of the prescription and told me the rest wasn't in stock. Rather than telling me it wasn't in stock before hand she told me I would have to come back to collect the rest even though I don't live in the area.
This evening my mum offered to collect my prescription for me. She was left waiting for 20 mins with 5 other customers being served before her even though they arrived after her. The staff even started turning the lights off while she was still waiting.
I don't normally complain about things like this but if no one mentions anything then they arnt going to improve.
Been using this site to order none prescription items. Normally very quick delivery. This order took longer than normal and when chased I was told they had an unusual amount of orders which has caused a slight delay. Delivery was dispatched same day and received two days later. Would still recommend.
Every month this pharmacy delays delivering my prescription! Infact, last phone call they asked if I wanted it delivered.. its always been delivered. Be there today.. still doesn't arrive. Give 4days notice.. rakes under a week to receive
Competitive price for the item I ordered was the reason I bought from HBS Pharmacy for the first time.
However, I did have to email them after a few days as not had anything other than the initial order acknowledgement to enquire about when my order would arrive. Got an email the next day explaining that as my order had been so large (I ordered 8 boxes of the same product) they had to get more stock from the supplier. If they had let me know that from the outset it would have been more helpful than me having to ask what was happening. Hence my score of 4*.
