Such an amazing place for breakfast with friends on holiday morning. Fresh bakery items with coffee gave me a kick to start a long day. The inside decoration is awesome and service, staffs were great. Highly recommend.
The Italian Bakery has excellent food, to eat in or take away. Coffee is great too. S'mores cookies and Dorset pasties are especially recommended. Looking forward to trying the wonderful looking bread...

2 years ago my review read "Always cheerful staff, brilliant bread and as for the cakes....yum." I used them regularly and gave 5 stars
Since then they've been taken over by a company based in Wareham.
The service dropped right down, the displays looked tatty. One day they took my order and 15 minutes later I was still waiting while they were all talking.
But now it's been done up inside, looks better. But doesn't seem to be any better and the pasties I've tried are not as good. Shame as I'd rather buy local, but I'll be going over the road and to Greggs
Incredible choice of cakes and amazing sandwiches, including gluten free brownies! Worth a visit everyday of your holiday to try everything.
Great pasties and sausage rolls. I like the way they will go out of their way to ask if you’d like any of your items hot as they’re about to be finished baking. You can takeaway or sit down. The staff are friendly, particularly the guy with the glasses. Really close to the beach so you have a picnic with good quality freshly baked food.
Great cafe. Called in for a bit of lunch while on a weekend break. I had the meatball focaccia, it was huge could have easily shared it.
Really good choice of gluten free cakes and friendly staff. My partner had the chocolate and orange cake (photo) I had gluten free lemon muffin but ate it before I could take a picture it was that nice!
