Absolutely disgraceful service. I pay to have my prescriptions delivered and they never deliver everything prescribed. They also never answer the phone when you call, so you are then forced to go and collect the items that they haven't bothered to deliver. On top of this, the Dr increases items on the prescription, but they never dispense the increased dose. Very dangerous when it's heart medication or epilepsy meds.
I'd give 0 stars, but have to put at least 1 star to be able to put up a review.
They NEVER answer the phone, they constantly make mistakes with prescriptions, they have absolutely no customer service skills, yhey are worse than useless.
I have been using them for 22 years, I am going somewhere else.
This has to be the most chaotic and unfriendliest places to use. It used to be a really efficient friendly place and have used this chemist for 8 years but in the last year it has really gone down, staff couldn’t be more unhelpful if they tried and the number of mistakes is too numerous to mention, every month I have had to ring to correct and depriving patients of their medicines and not giving hoot is a step too far and actually negligent. I am not using this chemist anymore .
If I could I won’t even give the one star! Very inefficient, always do t have stock of common drugs. Had to come back and forth for collecting my drugs. Worse of all they give you wrong prescription in Spite of telling the umpteenth time on the phone if they had put in the bag the right prescription. Staff there look so miserable as if not happy to work there. An older man trying to justify that to err is human. Ye give people the wrong meds or the lack of it. NEVER AGAIN!! Worst pharmacy I have gone to,only reason I had them was because they are near my home and I have mobility issues., however I changed pharmacy I rather go elsewhere before they give me stroke.The whole team gives a negative vibes. They don’t even look at you or greet you back when you say good morning. I don’t know if the staff are being bullied by the senior staff.????
Wife’s prescription, not there, they showed no interest and not willing to help in anyway.
Not my local pharmacy, but drove past today and went in as I needed some advice and OTC meds.
Short, plump, middle aged woman on the till.
Couldn’t even muster a smile, let alone a greeting. Very rude. Very unhelpful. Very unfriendly.
This particular woman needs some serious customer service training.
Barked at me to wait for the pharmacist to return.
I told her I would take my business elsewhere as she wa so rude, but to be honest I think she was just pleased I left the store without making a purchase.
Will not return.
Won't be going back in not after the way I was talked to, saying I don't look ill enough for home delivery, in front of other customers i have the odd good day if I am lucky, at moment not having a good day, so not even dressed or washed, so her saying I don't look ill enough, she has no idea and should look for another job if that's how she treats people.
I was visiting my Mum and had forgot my medication. I rang my GP surgery and they sent through a prescription to Haydens. One of the pills needed to be ordered and they did this as a special then rang me when they were ready. Fabulous service, thank you ver much !
