Via phone i was told “no doner kebabs” twenty minutes later i picked up my cold double burger and chips on time, to see the doner meat spinning on the rotating spit with the heat on!!!! They only serve pizzas burgers kebabs and chips. The cook clearly cant be bothered to do kebabs today. Service is always bad and the cook seems to be in a tailspin of stress if he has more than 2 orders to deal with, often leaving the phone off the hook or arguing with the other staff.
For a business that is clearly failing he needs to improve his sloppy standards

I requested a drink he handed me my order then forgot my drink I was left stood waiting till other staff came back and ignored till then.
Food lukewarm by the time I got to eat it.
Excellent food. Veg burger, chicken kebab are my fav. Home made chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Highly recommended

Don't know if it was because we were the last ones in. but they're running out of Donna meet. So we ended up with a pizza which was edible but wouldn't write home about it if you know what I mean. Staff seemed friendly enough. One lady, 1 man cooking.
Had a meal deal 2 ten inch pizza 1 twelve inch pizza chips and 3 cokes 28 pounds not bad value
After arriving in Hawes and not wanting pub food. Found this outlet just outside the main drag of the town. Had the chicken calzone, my wife had the vegatarian pizza and my son the chicken nuggets. The lady serving us was lovely and the food hot and tasty. So much so that next day after a long day hiking in the area came back and had the calzone again, with the lovely lady remembering us from the night before. Very welcoming. Food all cooked to order and delicious. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
