Waste of time. I contacted this pharmacy on the phone to ask if my daughter's prescription was ready. The person on the other end of the phone evaded giving a definite answer because she didn't go and look. She just said, I should imagine so and there shouldn't be any reason it wouldn't be..
I went to the store and was ignored, even though the server had seen me standing there with my children. I walked away from the shop as I was already losing patience. When I returned, however, I was seen promptly. I can only imagine that the gentleman who was being served ahead of me had said something. Thankfully the prescription was ready.
Always a friendly welcome when entering here. Excellent service even if you have to wait for an item to be ordered…..they can’t stock every drug! Well done to all the staff this is a very busy chemist

Fantastic service with a smile, always friendly and helpful, pharmacist's are all professional and knowledgeable, it makes a big difference when the staff remember your name and what your needs are when you walk into the chemist to collect your prescriptions. Parking can be a little chaotic but I've always got parked as the service is a quick turnaround so by the time you pull up someone is getting in there car to go. 5???? ???? highly recommend to anyone looking for a great all-round health service and pharmacy.

Terrible, dangerous experience trying to get your prescription filled from this chemist. They have only filled my prescription in full on about 3 occasions in many, many attempts. As I wear 7 day, opiod, painkiller patches this is medical ineptitude. Now forcing me into opiod withdrawal which comes with dangerous symptoms like tachycardia. Also once you go through this enforced withdrawal your painkiller is less effective in the future because you build up a higher tolerance. Not that any other chemist's are any better, they are all hazardous to your long term health. This is because they are dispensing medications that you cannot just stop taking, you need to be weaned from them but you don't get that option because phoning every chemist in this area yields the same "We haven't got them" response".
Dispensing medications that cannot just be stopped should come with a level of responsibility that no pharmacist in this country is capable of perceiving much less caring about.

This pharmacy is absolutely excellent, they go above and beyond to help you. Medicines are really important for people especially the elderly, infirm or people who are really poorly. The staff have a real human empathy to your situation and I applaud you all, Mr Gupta and his staff are shinning examples of the pharmaceutical world.
