This is a northwest London hub. The terminating point of the Bakerloo line, with trains every ten minutes or less toward central London via Paddington shares its platform with London Overground. The Overground runs stopping trains every 15 minutes to Euston, with 12 stops to Euston and 6 to Watford Junction, the line passes through Wembley Central and Willesden Junction to the south. The station has two platforms for main line services from Euston, reachable in just ten minutes, to Tring or Milton Keynes.
There are two further platforms which see high speed services pass through on their way to Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Scotland. You can’t catch those here, best to connect via Euston or Watford Junction.
The station is well served with amenities such as cafe, toilets between 6 and midnight and plenty of buses
This station is fairly big! It has loads of services and the station has overground and Bakerloo line trains and also trains all the way fast to Euston and trains to Clapham junction!
I personally, find this station very cool and it has a good amount of history to it! It has plenty of benches and the staff here are very nice!
This station can be very busy with 2 entrances & exits here. The bakerloo London Overground & national rail trains all stop here. There is lifts available along with toilets. Trains from here go to Euston, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes & Oxford Circus.
This station has many stores outside, it has ticket machines and assistance counter, station is clean and has benches and waiting area on the platforms too. There are displays on the platform with information about the train arrival and departure timings.
Trains not on time even when scheduled, starting from the terminus. Card readers from Harrow side are not working properly, non-existent customer service. Trains don't come here enough if coming from Queens Park. Actively inactive, bakerloo line service. A real stand-up comedy.
I once woke up here after falling asleep on the bakerloo line... was supposed to go to Paddington. Some chap woke me up and I was so confused..
Very sad about what happened. Today at the station my child wanted to go to the toilet. We ran to ask to go to the toilet. One ladies who work here reported that the toilet had not been working for 2 years.I asked for help , maybe where they go. Its child needed. After that , i went up to the woman who was sitting near the back gate ( 6 pm) and i say please child where need to and i should put it here ? And she rude "smiles" answer up to you...... So you can go inside ...? We went to the parking and my child is still in shock that saw a lot of rubbish outside and dark which is very scary. Its unfortunate that my 4 years old child had to be in this situation. Its hard for me to bealive that all the working station or cafe go to outside to the toilet. I work hard, pay taxes every year, pay travel and why am i so stressed. I think that there are different situations and problems for everyone and this is a big metro station and toilets are needed. And woman undeground unprofessional did
Customer service is not existent at this station. Should you have a problem with your journey, they will just pass you by ignoring your struggles. I'm starting to think that it's the area that lacks common human sense and any customers service training. Welcome to Harrow, people!
