will never take my car back here ever again . they said the work on my car would cost me 900 pound to get though mot needed a new headlight as it failled and it was just bulbs not a broken headlight ! it also failed on ns front ball joint and infact it was os front ball joint took my car to another and garage and pass only costing me 252 pounds so my advice would be stay away from this garage
I've serviced my car with them a couple of times now, and have been extremely happy with the service. When I asked if they could service my car with genuine Seat parts to comply with the manufactures warranty this wasn't an issue at all, and to my surprise when I showed up it was the first thing Nick remembered. They'll call you when the cars done, and if you're picking it up late like I always am, then they leave the keys with the Londis next door. There's always such a high element of trust with these guys because they truly provide a great service. Would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend Greenslade's. From lovely and welcoming reception, to great expertise and excellent service. Very friendly staff with knowledgeable mechanics who clearly are passionate about their work. My car had broken down which they fixed it incredibly fast, and Greenslade's communicated with me at every step to keep me updated. I will defenitely go back.
Recommended by a neighbour for my car’s first MOT, as I’d not used a garage in Exeter since moving here. Was incredibly impressed- walked in on the Monday asking availability for a service, MOT and to fix my side indicator bulb and was told I could drop the car off on Wednesday.
Picked it up in the evening in pristine condition, everything had been done and for an incredibly competitive price. Receptionist was lovely and professional, I couldn’t fault them. Won’t be going anywhere else! Highly recommended this garage to anyone in the Exeter area
Apsolutely horrendous, cost over £600 for a service MOT, some brake work and cabin fans. I had to take the car back 3 times as there were issues with the work (hand brake wasn't right, oil leak and fans smelt like exhaust). I took the car to another garage this year and have had to pay for all the work to be redone. The worst bit is the fans were replaced but smelt like the exhaust was coming into the compartment, Greenslades put it down to 'just new smell'. Turns out it was a leaking exhaust and we've been breathing in exhaust gas for a year...
I was working locally to this garage and my van battery died on me. The lovely outgoing staff came to my rescue free of charge as a good will gesture. Little things can make a big difference in business, it's nice to see a business taking care of customers or future potential customers, even if it's simply out of the kindness of their own heart.
