My partner and I had a recommendation from a family member to contact Scott at Harmony Mortgage & Protection for support with Life Insurance and Basic Income Protection. Both of which myself and my partner haven't had before. We're first time home buyers and had already secured a Mortgage Advisor prior to contact Harmony Mortgages & Protection. Scott has provided excellent service throughout and we're both very happy with the policies we have secured with Scott's help. Scott was generous with his time, explained everything and all options clearly and answered all our questions. Scott was also very helpful when I needed to update some of my information and update my insurers (Life Insurance and Basic Income Protection). Scott was professional, friendly and sensitive - we felt comfortable to discuss personal and sensitive matters. We were so impressed with the service that we requested additional support and advice for Home Insurance. Hollie has been supporting us too get specialist quotes for home insurance. As a first time buyer, Christopher was there to guide me through the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions or to deal with the mortgage provider. He made the whole process extremely easy from my point of view.

I would like to thank Scott, Eponine and the team for securing our mortgage. Their professionalism was second to none, with every step being explained in great detail. Documentation and emails were forwarded in a timely manner resulting in the whole process running smoothly from start to conclusion. Office visits were still possible during COVID with social distancing rules applying. The fact that we were able to speak on the phone regularly was very helpful and sped up proceedings enormously. All of the staff were professional, polite and helpful, communication was crystal clear in all aspects.
