This place has never failed me. Last year I had a difficult time and used to come to collect my prescription medicine very often. The employees are friendly and patient.
Yesterday my GP sent my prescription 30 min before the pharmacy closed, I got there like 15 min before and collected my meds with no problem.

This is a great pharmacy that fills NHS prescriptions. It amazes me how they can stock everything that is on prescription. The wait is never too long and one can browse while waiting for a prescription to be filled. It is conveniently located across from Stockwell tube station.
Very good pharmacy, especially the staff at the counter and the pharmacist are very helpful. If needed to go to a pharmacy in Stockwell area I think this is the best place to go.

also a non english speaker lady came in to the pharmacy to speak to a spanish employee and the mauritian lady who’s rude! didn’t want to pass her on the correct employee to help her.
Usually ok but now and again really terrible customer service. One staff member accidentally charged me twice for something and was very rude and angry when I pointed it out and asked for a refund. When she finally realised she'd made a mistake she processed a refund without apologising.
They've also been quite dismissive of menstrual pain, which is irritating.
The problem with this pharmacy is the bitter and rude customer service delivered by a senior lady with glasses and I guess she is one of the owners as if she was an employer she would'nt dare to talk like she does to customers. Every visit is the same, such a bitter lady.
Their neighbour pharmacy called Pulse, their staff have been always been very attentative and polite.
This is possibly the unfriendliest pharmacy in South London. The woman at the desk is remarkable at her lack of customer service skills. I now go to the pharmacy opposite where they treat me like a human being.
Really bad experience, the woman with black hair was really rude and not helpful a toll. Is not my first time going to this pharmacy and I always have the same bad experience with the same rude woman. She never reply when a I say hello and forgot about thanks or please. Definitely I have to find a different pharmacy.
