There's not the long wait & queues for prescribed medication that I have experienced in other chemists. A truly community- focused establishment!
My last few attempts of collecting my prescription i was told we don't have all your items, it'll be in tomorrow. Bearing in mind my mobility is very bad at the moment (using crutches), going back the next day is not that easy. Secondly, instead of the prescription being ready to collect I was told its only just arrived from the Doctors Surgery. Which was extremely unlikely considering i had handed my prescription into the surgery at least 7 days prior to trying to collect it. I had to wait in a queue with two other people who also had been told there prescription had only just come in (i asked them).
I went today for my Covid vaccination. The the staff were lovely and welcoming. The young lady who dealt with me I believe is the manager. She was most charming and I also had my Flu vaccination. We were all treated as guests rather than patients. I was kept waiting only about 15 minutes so in fact was vaccinated was before my appointment time. She is a credit to your company and everyone was commenting on what a stress free visit it was. I’m a retired Senior Police Officer aged 77 and it’s lovely to see young people with excellent values and customer services. Please pass on my praise and you are lucky to have such a leader in your employment.

Visited the Pharmacy today to get medications for my Wife prescribed by GP. So shocked to see them sell a medication which expires just after her dose. 12/2020. When returned the lady in the counter was clearly aware what she sold to me without even having a look at the date and told it’s not going to expire within the Dosage duration. When asked for a medication with longer duration on expiry she sent me off telling not available today and told to return tomorrow. Be careful buying medicines from this Pharmacy!

I never did ask for any medication off the prescription and this is false accusation. I just asked looking at the repeat prescription if the Medicine she was taking previously was the one she gave me. And yes I have to accept the fact that the same lady did give me the longer duration expiry date but only the next day as mentioned on my Review earlier.
