We came for breakfast and were not disappointed! We were greeted with smiles which makes a nice change from where we are originally from! We really felt welcomed! The food was fresh & hot - definitely worth the wait! We will definitely be returning!
Fantastic cafe in Porthleven. The staff are welcoming and friendly.
The service is very quick and the quality of the cooked breakfast was great. Hot chocolate is amazing and even comes with a little bowl with more marshmallows and a few chocolates in.

Staff welcoming polite and friendly. No frills unpretentious. Family ran. All food cooked nicely. Children and dog friendly. Gets very busy breakfast and lunch times. There are steep steps into the cafe so not really suitable for disabled there is a hand rail. Some limited parking. The harbour views are lovely. One of our favourite haunts. We love it.
Fabulous New Years Day Lunch! Crab sandwiches with chips and a glass of prosecco, £18. The bread was newly baked, soft and full of flavour, crab meat fresh and sweet and the chips would hold their own against any gastro pub chip. Dog friendly, find a table and order at the counter. (Remember your table number and collect your cutlery and condiments on the way back) Menu was extensive including breakfasts, jacket potatoes, coffee and cake. View onto the harbour makes this a perfect place for lunch . Thank you!
Absolutely fabulous lunch at this harbour side cafe. Good value and excellent service by friendly staff. We had a jacket potato which was covered with a mass of prawns and mayo and a toasted and a toasted bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich which came with chips and a side salad. With two drinks we got change for £20.

It stands out from the majority of cafés in Porthleven due to its menu, yes there's the ubiquitous crab sandwich but the menu has a slightly 'northern' feel to it ????.
Ham, egg & chips, sausage roll, chips & beans... proper comfort food that smelt and looked delicious, although we didn't eat this time. It also has lots of vegetarian and vegan options which is great to see.
We did have a coffee though, it was excellent...far beyond anything you'd expect outside of a dedicated coffee shop.
Some reviews seem to suggest the staff are unhelpful or rude....they must have the place confused with somewhere else because our experience was nothing but positive.
After a decent coffee and good, honest food, definitely try here.
Super delicious lunch at a low price, and generous portions. Lovely view. Inside and outside seating. The staff are very friendly. Ham, egg and chips yummy! Smoked salmon and scrambled egg with toast, very good value.
Great sandwiches (with chips and salad). Quality ingredients, good selection of fillings. The cake looked good too! Good value.
