Unfortunately the quality of sausage used in the £3.50 bakery roll doesn't match the quality of sausages used in the cafe, this white/ pink sausage was deep fried and tasted horrible, now on the lawn for the birds, please stop cutting corners on quality
Had a lovely hot chocolate and very tasty full English breakfast this morning. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back again.
I was in search for another coffee shop that opened early. They have a bakery section at the front and a sit down restaurant on the other aide including outdoor seating. Last time that we came to the area, we had their two for one pizza special non Tuesdays which they still have. I had a short wait for my coffee. Staff were apologetic.
Very rude staff! They gave me a fridge-cold sandwich and to my “Could you please heat it?” they responded “No, we can’t put it in the microwave. Sorry, I have another client here”. The cheese even has disgusting taste of fridge-stayed. Also, if you take take-away coffee you should go away with the empty sugar packs and stick with you, because you have no where to throw it away and the staff doesn’t even pay attention to you and are talking on the telephone.
Have used the bakery for years, 1st time eating in the cafe, most beautiful breakfast I've had in a long time, staff were great and very polite, I will be returning and frequently, great place ????????
Came for lunch for the first time this week, having had this at the bottom of our road for two years. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Menu is extensive and the atmosphere and service was great.
Waitress 's were excellent very polite and friendly.
So understaffed they were run off their feet.
Poorly managed. New sliding door urgently requires a proper handle. New Threshold is difficult for wheelchair users to navigate.
Truly excellent and well worth a visit..
