Best KPortal Reviews
I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at this dental practice. After cracking my tooth in an accident, my stress and anxiety levels were through the roof. However, Mr. Khan went above and beyond to accommodate me, providing emergency treatment while understanding my anxious state, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Not only is he a very skilled dentist, but his compassion and patience truly set him apart.
The treatment process involved two appointments and discussions with other dental members to determine the best course of action. Their collaborative approach was reassuring, and the end result was simply amazing. My tooth has been restored to its former glory, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this dental practice for their expertise, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.
I have been attending this dental surgery for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience, I've always been polite and the staff are very polite in return. Reception are superb and the dentists are brilliant. Anyone leaving a bad review in my opinion have already caused a problem and can't then get the service that they're demanding
The worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Having paid £600 for a crown, it was far too large and had to be filed down. I ended up with an infection. The female dentist is rude and arrogant. When I challenged her on the treatment I received, she suggested I leave the practice. which I did happily.
I queried the cost of emergency treatment I received which was dealt with by NHS Complaints Team. This was eventually resolved but when I attended my 6 monthly check up, was told I was no longer registered as a patient. When I asked why I was told it was because I’d made a complaint against them. It was a query not a complaint. I went back to the HNS Complaints Team who said they can’t remove me because I’d complained. They said they’d look into it. I’ve now heard from the Complaints Team that, according to the practice, Dr Khan wrote explaining why I’d been removed. I’ve never received a letter or any other form of direct communication from them. It’s just a lie. The only person I’ve spoken to was the receptionist who told me my appointment had been cancelled on the day I arrived for it. I have found the receptionist over the years, to be extremely rude. If she’s not looking at something on her phone, she’s talking loudly to whoever is behind reception and your basically ignored. Avoid the place. One star is being generous.
Extremely rude & abrupt receptionists & dentist. No respect for any patients especially elderly. When my elderly mum had a sharp piece on a tooth causing a lot of discomfort she was advised to file it down herself with a metal nail file!!!
Clearly the only reason appointments are available is due to being the worst dental practice ever!!!
I have been visiting this dental practice for 15 years now and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Staff are always polite and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate. Don't pay any heed to the keyboard warriors slating the place, it is a small and friendly dental practice offering an excellent service. People who were stood on their doorsteps clapping the NHS during the pandemic seem to have very short memories!
Receptionist is extremely rude. I asked if I could be transferred to another dentist within the practice because I wasn’t happy with the treatment from my current one. I was told my dentist would ring me, which she shouted at me and told me to leave the practice
The receptionist was really rude and essentially tried to gaslight me into believing I had booked an appointment myself and then missed said appointment three days later. I never received any letters notifying me of this appointment except one telling me my previous appointment had been cancelled. I did not book any other appointments after that, although the receptionists insisted I had and went on to say I was removed from the registrar for missing an appointment I didn’t even book. Very unprofessional and sad, wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have a choice. From the other reviews, this seems like a common occurrence
