I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this pharmacy in Hampton Hill. Prescription orders are never ready on time, and waiting times can be excessively long. Prescriptions left with them have even expired. Witnessing a pharmacist eating pizza behind the counter while handling medication was concerning and unprofessional. The pharmacy's owner has consistently exhibited rude behavior, further contributing to my overall dissatisfaction with the customer service. This aspect significantly impacts the overall experience at this establishment. I wouldn't recommend this as a reliable local pharmacy.
Receptionist is so rude. Ignores customers waiting, yawns, eats and coughs at the reception desk it's so vile. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is purely due to the other members of staff being lovely. But as the first point of contact the receptionist just ruins the pharmacy.
Since my complaint, the service remains the same. They refused to give me my prescription for fungal cream, claiming the signature had been forged. As the doctors pointed out, how would the chemist even recognize the doctor's signature? Now, my arm has broken out in a rash due to not being able to obtain the cream. I have raised this issue with the doctor's office.
The pharmacy manager seems to have a severe attitude problem that we have experienced on multiple occasions. We are told we need to phone ahead to confirm prescriptions are ready to pick up and when we do we are then told that we are wasting her clinical time by calling. It would be good to have consistency with what communication is to patient's in regards to picking up prescriptions.
Excellent pharmacist, very knowledgeable and service was above and beyond! Been using this pharmacy regularly for 7 years.
I moved to the Hampton Hill area about 7 months ago and these people are fantastic. Not only are they very helpful, they get it right and consistently beat expectations. Today, New Year's Eve 2013, was a good example. I ordered some prescriptions yesterday (Monday) at 1pm and expected something on Friday, with the normal holiday season hiatus. Not a bit of it, they delivered my prescriptions to the door (another wonderful service) within 24-hours. A small local company that understands and practices very good service. Many thanks to them. Six months on, yet another example of a fine and caring service. I somehow missed the door bell but rang them. They phoned their driver who returned with the prescription within 20 minutes. Many thanks, yet again. Great stuff. MP
Been living in the area for over 18 years. They are a very good pharmacy and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Some of these reviews are just ridiculous. You can’t be “on” all the time. Everyone is allowed an off day. So in general they’re very good at their job and I always find great things in there especially the local honey which was absolutely delicious.
Staff are always polite, professional and helpful. I have used this pharmacy for the past 13 years, and was never let down, they're just brilliant! Thank you !!
