I have had both the halloumi burger and the halloumi fries, both of which are excellent! The service is always kind and courteous, and prices are fairly reasonable for what you get.
We had eaten halloumi fries first time back in 2019, christmas time and they were just delicious. We still had vivid memories of those fries, as they tasted so delicious with yogurt mint dip and pomegranate molasses, and hallouman just loves what he does, plating even street food with patience, joy and beauty.
My son have memories of those fries, and we tried again now on open day & they were just perfect again. This time more things on menu- tacos etc.
Though by the time we decided to try tacos- everything was sold out.
Highly recommended if you are in Cambridge as they are not just regular fries, but a touch of love makes them more special, fresh & delicious.
Simply delicious! These are hands down the best halloumi sticks I have eaten with flavours busting. The gentleman who runs the store i.e. Mr. Hallouman is very friendly and generous. This is a must stop in Cambridge especially if you are looking for a meat free option.
The name and the design of the stand simply intrigued me, so I gave it a go. My expectations were outright shattered. I had the tacos and the mole was by far the best I tried in the UK. Moreover, the owner who is also making the food is one of the nicest, most talkative people in the market. Overall, a whole hearted 5 star experience.
I love Hallouman's food. As a stallholder myself, his halloumi burger in a bun is my go-to at lunch time. Juicy and delicious.
There were many tempting food stalls in Cambridge Market, however without a doubt we knew the hallouman was the place to go! The hallouman was a pleasure to be served by and his halloumi burger left no tastebuds unsatisfied - an absolute delight! Please consider renaming the stall to HallouKING!

The tacos are one of the best Gluten Free options on the Cambridge market stalls with a great combination of mole, salsa and of course Halloumi.
DELICIOUS!!!! and the owner is so friendly and lovely, 10/10 recommended, I come here every time I visit Cambridge. Also it's amazing price ratio to portion, love it!!
