In a nutshell, this has been an exceptionally good first experience with Denis and his Team. Their professionalism , good old fashioned customer service, and value for money is a winning combination , and has immediately made them my 'go-to' garage from this point forward.
Booked my car in two weeks before, for a diff oil change, and when I turned up, not one person knew what I was going on. Kept me waiting for ages, so I walked off and won't go back again.
The staff were very helpful and polite.

From the beginning, MOT mileage 40.000 miles lower than should have been, garage would not help correct, service carried out.. oil filter housing left loose and filter 2 years old prier to service carried out, causing oil to leak down the engine.
This is unacceptable and they are incompatent to even carried out basic mechanical duties.
Great prices. Good service. In house communication needs a little work. I usually have to be very specific of what I need and check that's what happened!
Guys are professionals. The problem with the engine overheating was fixed in two hours. I recommend to anyone who wants to get good quality work and service.
