The staff are very helpful and polite at all times. Prescriptions always ready on time and staff seem to go the extra mile to resolve any issues. Would highly recommend this pharmacy since it has been under new management????
Excellent pharmacy. Staff are always polite. They will go out of their way to ensure you get your medication on time this is rare these days. Can't fault them in any way. If your looking to choose between here and another local pharmacy I'd highly recommend Hainault Pharmacy.
What a fantastic service, seriously professional staff who are always smiling and laughing….I mean how brilliant is that? They’re that good at being discreet, nobody even notices. Great local pharmacy, never had an issue with them and I find them helpful and generous with advice.
This pharmacy is here for years with a lot of different and new faces. Every time I come I see someone new I will say it’s an amazing pharmacy but there is one thing the owner needs to look at which is to get enough staff. This young lady called larain was on her own dealing with a lot of stuff.

Used to be really good, Amit and His family were previous owners they made it so easy, since new people especially the New Pharmacist she hasnt got a clue. The staff make a commitment she comes out making her own rules. It really has gone down the drain will be using a different pharmacy.
They are all very friendly and welcoming. It's like a village chemist were they know your face and your prescription better than you. It's very comforting when you got several medications.
It’s very frustrating when the pharmacy is supposed to manage your prescription and doesn’t. I have to call to remind them for items to be repeated and they are still not there when I nearly out of meds. I know they are busy but if they can’t handle the amount of prescription they manage why ask in the first place.
