J’ai été très bien accueilli par Rosa qui vient tout juste de débuter il y a deux semaines. Elle est très gentille et elle m’a conseillé une gaufre avec une glace caramel avec des morceaux de noix. J’ai adoré manger là-bas ! Il y avait une très bonne ambiance aussi avec de la bonne musique.
Depuis le changement de serveuse .celle actuel est très peux aimable ,sert dans des verres non adapté à la commande (tasse plus petit ....),somnole sur le comptoir. Oubli de commande .... et nous sommes avec ma famille des habitués. Les personnes qui faisait le services ya quelques mois de la été super aimable souriant à l'écoute.
Vraiment service à revoir .la personne sur place devrais se faire reformer.
It’s ice cream and it’s German.. what’s not to love.. tasty and nice.. this is a shop in Geneva city near the train station. Since it’s summer had a great margarita drink. The chocolate shakes are to die for.. ????
Came to the store only to realise no crepe or waffle or macadamia or cookie crunch.
Ordered 2 of the only available Brownie explosion.
Quite misleading from the picture on the store as half the glass was filled with thick creme in contrary to the pic.
Gave a review to the lady to be told that it was her 1st day there. May be our bad luck...
We were looking for a dessert spot after dinner. There weren't many places open. Luckily we found a Haagen-Daz!! They have a nice seating area inside and lots of ice cream options. The ice cream was delicious and very filling for the price. Very happy were found this place, it definitely hit the spot before we had to go back to our hotel.
Great desserts and fantastic service. I have a peanut allergy and so they understood and catered for my needs very well. Caramel waffle is a must.
