Excellent service. Purchased vehicle delivered by seller on same day - can't fault that. My old vehicle was purchased & driven away on the same day.
I have found problems with purchased vehicle: passenger side air vent nearest to window does not work (mechanically broken). Air con not functional (? leak). No luggage compartment cover. Electric side mirrors not working correctly, I have have set them to the best angle I can. LH direction indicator stalk only works sometimes (RH works fine).
Other than that runs well up to yet - only had since 16th of June 2023.
I bought a car from H's Autos a couple of weeks ago + I was impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service. I have had some bad experience with second hand cars so I was naturally a bit sceptical but I was soon assured by their services. Had some problem with the car withing the 1 month warranty period and they promptly helped to resolve it& I particularly I like the way they always keep you informed. Will definitely recommend.
Called H's autos after my usual tester let me down he got me an appointment on the day I requested the garage is clean and staff are pleasent. I was offered somewhere to sit while my car was being tested but went a walk fishing while I waited instead, got back an hour later car was ready and waiting for me no problems no hold ups. Couldn't ask for anything more top garage will definitely be returning.
Paid in full for a pre mot check as my mot must be done through the local council. Was told it’s been thoroughly checked by mr h himself and it’s a straight pass. Took it to the council for mot and failed on ball joints damaged. Pretty basic stuff for a qualified tester. Upon contacting mr h, story changed to “my member of staff checked it and must have missed it, I don’t have time to replace ball joint”. No apologies, no offer of partial of full refund. Total disgrace.
I was running out of time to book appointment for my mot and found someone very local, i didn't now it was there to book mot in short time, and thank you for booking my mot very fast and very professional service Friendly staff and excellent service, very helpful and provided an excellent service to me. Would highly recommend to family and friends will be comeing back next year thank you again
