What a great experience 2 great lads called in as I had a slow pucture on my VW Touareg they cracked on and fixed the pucture. Old school garage anything to help. Can't thank them enough and the conversation was great.
I had the misfortune for both my rear brakes to go while on holiday nearby. They fitted me in promptly and gave me lifts six miles each way to our campsite. The repairs were worse than thought but they did them within the day despite ordering extra parts. Fabulous service from a very friendly and efficient team. Recommended.
About 6 weeks ago as we were touring Scotland in our our recently converted Campervan, we had problems with our brakes overheating.
We looked for a garage with good reviews close to where we had parked for the night. We ended up at Gunns where I was told they were extremely busy not just that day but all week. When I told them we were touring they agreed to fit us in and have a look at the van. The young man that did the job was very helpful going above and beyond coming to pick us up on our way back to the garage, as it started to rain.
Very friendly, fantastic service and excellent value for money
If we lived closer this would definitely be the garage I would use.

While on holiday in Scotland had a problem with my brakes. Gunns garage managed to fit me in at really short notice and then went above and beyond in getting me back on the road despite the part I needed not being available. They saved my holiday! Can't speak highly enough of the service received. MOT and service completed, completely timely and to a high standard, Bob and Michael wee very friendly throughout and kept me updated . Real old school feel about the garage which is refreshing, expert mechanics and very knowledgeable, thanks againn for sorting the Passat out.
Popped in after the mudguard snapped on our trailer, and was fixed quickly at the roadside. Refused to take any payment. Local heros - highly recommended.
