If I could give 0 stars, I would. Have been taking Citalopram and Propanolol for 16 years now due to severe anxiety and depression. They suddenly stopped me being able to request the medication online and said I have to book an appointment to have a review of the medication with the doctor. I have tried to call them since 2023, appointments are always fully booked by 8:15, they never answer and are generally unpleasant and unhelpful. My anxiety is at an all time high and I genuinely need help. Going to register with another GP, cause this place is ridiculous.
I went there yesterday only to ask one information and to be told off by an extremely rude blond "Karen" at the reception. The time was 18 27 and she told me to leave the clinic and come back today?! They close at 18 30 apparently, I didn't ask to see a GP or any particular service, just needed one short explanation about registering there (which it is not going to happened btw ????) Her level of customer service is shocking please find someone else to replace her with a kind human being! Practice hours on Google are wrong like the blond lady at the reception so please adjust accordingly thanks
Dr Moghul has been our family Doctor for many years now he is a very compassionate and extremely professional. He has been excellent with his diagnosis and referrals. The staff are efficient and polite and my Wife and I would recommend Grove Surgery.
For several years I can’t make a diagnosis... The question is where do you find these doctors, because they are useless.. And if you look at the photo, you can understand why sometimes you can’t contact anyone...
This place should be closed by the authorities.
Dr Moghul is useless. One can give better prescription by googling the symptoms than him for help.
My wife asked for suggestion regarding her health, and he was giving a smile for no reason. On asking 3rd time he comes with the answer, "What i can say about it"
90% of times he doesn't even give prescription, he tells the name of medicine and ask me to go and buy myself from pharmacy.
Very unhelpful GP service. Never get an appointment when you really need it . All other options for out of hours gp service have never worked. 111 has been my only option. What’s the point of having a Gp service when you can never get an appointment to see your doctor?
Dr Moghul is an excellent doctor. Very thoughtful doctor, attentive and nice to talk too. Me and my mum are very pleased with his GP services.
They should close the surgery coz of all patients I’ve seen there very dissatisfied with the service and they make people wait for hours and even sometimes cancel appointments as I experienced it today just because they don’t have needed equipment. So disgusting ????
