Only trying this pharmacy because my regular one doesn’t have stock at the moment. Seem to be very abrupt and rude on the phone. Have just turned up to present my prescription, Google says it should be open, the sign on the door says it opens from 9am, but it’s 9:30am now and it’s all shuttered up still. Hairdresser next door says “he won’t be in until 10am” apparently. Sincerely hope I never have to come back here again. Good luck anyone who has to rely on this place as their local pharmacy.
Dodgy as hell . I got my mums tablets from here a few months ago. He was abrupt and dismissive, I and didn’t have the right amount of tablets , so I had to make a second trip. He also denied he had the prescription at first , until I told him to look again or I would do it myself . He constantly slagged of boots down the road and told me that he had got so many new customers as they prefer him (delusional or what) . I think he needs a lesson on British manners as he behaves like he’s flogging stuff in some unregulated foreign market . I’ve since moved to a different chemist in Fetcham .
So rude i am local and was enquiring if they had stock of an urgent prescription and they just abruptly said no and put the phone down. AVOID at all costs and take your business elsewhere and where they understand good customer service!
Abrupt and rude when calling to enquire about the availability of a medication. I get it (from other reviews that you want to put local villagers first) but in England we have common decency that you don't just slam the phone down on the general public (customers!?) be curteous and professional like all the others I have called up. AVOID.
Such a lot from a small pharmacy. Excellently dealt with my prescriptions, whilst the Covid vaccinations were ongoing, people asking for lists of shopping, and the queue outside is testament to the fact we choose to still come here, if a little slow at times, because 9 times out of 10, we get what we need.
Excellent experience whilst having my Covid jab. Everyone was extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful.
I cannot think of any respect in which they could improve the service.
The man that runs this chemist is the most awful person I’ve ever come across, he’s rude, nosey and seems to get a thrill out of taking to people like they’re dirt. He makes everyone wait outside, even the elderly, in the rain.
And over charges for medication that he shouldn’t even be selling, he’s very dodgy and should be struck off.
I used to get my parents medication from him, but have moved to the chemist in fetcham, where the people are friendly, efficient and very helpful… Mr.Patel needs a lesson in customer care… what a vile, rude man!!!
Mr Patel is very incompetent in my experience. Wouldn't recommend.
