Have used our local
Chemist for longer than I can remember, never had any issues, and staff amazing. Until recently, a new guy with a huge chip on his shoulder, not sure who he thinks he is but upsetting so many people. I have some specialist expensive medicines 3 of the last 4 have been confirmed as ready by doctor and chemist, yet when go to pick up have been lost have to be re ordered and in some cases I’ve missed it for a few days which is very dangerous. He speaks to customers and other staff so rude and bluntly and when you say anything back he starts in front of others mentioning what your medication is for in an attempt to embarrass you. Something is very wrong in there now, I know of several who have now changed to an alternative chemist and we are

I'm only 17 and my mum was panicking as she was feeling faint and had no blood pressure tablets. I therefore went to pick up her prescription on her behalf where they told me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. They asked me how long she could last and I explained she had no tablets left, to which the pharmacist said "well there's your answer" and moved onto the next customer. Completely uncalled for rudeness. This interaction put me in a bad mood as this is not how pharmacy staff should treat their customers.
Very bad experience rude customer staff and closes randomly through the day aswell as never answering there shop phone!!
Extremely rude and unhelpful people. My boyfriend went in to ask for heartburn medication and a general enquiry. The woman serving did not talk just pointed to where the medication was with her eyes. There was no communication she did not want to talk or even look at us. She treated the English customer so nicely but not us
Honestly the best pharmacy I have used in years, friendly helpful staff. They text you when you prescription is ready and know where it is as soon as you give them your name fast and efficient.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. 9 out of 10 times I have used it either a mistake has been made by them or the items are not available. The staff that serve are clearly under pressure and as a result appears to be rude and uncaring.
Great local chemist, always willing to help if there's a question or query. They also provide flu jabs which save you having to book through the GP. Staff friendly and helpful.
Friendly, helpful and can't fault the experience - including the jab!
