Best KPortal Reviews

Really pleased with the service, staff were very pleasant and efficient. My prescriptions usually go to Northumberland Court but after waiting for more than 30 minutes today they told me they couldn't find my order and could I come back tomorrow. This is not the first time I have had problems there so am changing to Grove Green even though it's further away - got my prescription within minutes.
Now that Lloyds Pharmacy has been replaced by a more community oriented company, the service provided at Grove Green Pharmacy is excellent. I couldn’t recommend any higher that you bring your business back here. The wait times have been significantly decreased and I find that I often am only waiting 2 minutes for a prescription. The location right next to the GP and Tescos makes it a brilliant choice of pharmacy. Finally, the new staff are brilliant and really care about you and the community: and it shows. Once again, the service is phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for more. 5 Stars.
The new management has definitely made significant changes in the mode of operation of this pharmacy. I am quite impressed with the manner of approach of the staff members. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends.
I have used this pharmacy for a while now. The new management is definitely more efficient than the previous owners.
Thank you for providing an efficient service to our community.

So, so, so very slow. I'll be as old as some of the people in line with me by the time I get to the front. Staff just disappeared god knows what for
Edit: Ended up served by probably the same Scottish woman mentioned in previous negative reviews. Bad customer service, wouldn't serve me because the line was too long and they "need to shut soon" despite closing at 18:30 with the time I was there being roughly 16:40. I don't know if Lloyds is now employing the otherwise unemployable invalids of the world as some act of charity, but I don't want that in a chemists thank you. Won't come here again and only did because my usual didn't have what I wanted in stock.
We came here today to collect my father’s prescription that we put in on the 31st January. It was in owing due to the medication not being available. No one contacted us to tell us it’s ‘impossible’ to get and ‘they can’t tell us when or if it would be in stock’ , which shocked me, as it being diabetic medication, it’s necessary for his continuation. However, if that was the only thing, I wouldn’t have left this review.
I am recovering from an operation on my feet, and as such am temporarily using a wheelchair. The assisted doors do not work, only the left one opens when pushed from the outside, and nothing works at all when pushed from the inside. I called out to ask for help, as my mother couldn’t open both doors and push me through at the same time (due to the bump in the doorway, I could not get over myself), but no one came to help. They stayed behind the desk. I am lucky enough that I am able bodied other than pain in my feet, so could stretch and open one door, but my main aim of this review is to warn those who are differently abled, that this shop is not as accessible as it appears to be, the staff are not friendly and I left feeling ignored and unseen.
I have used this chemist for 7 years and I have always felt welcomed and got my medication sorted. Yes there is queues sometimes but you get that everywhere.
I think the staff are doing exceptionally well especially the Scottish lady. She is always very helpful. They are all trying there hardest, they are not there to be abused by rude members of the public. If you don't like the service they provide take your prescription somewhere else.
Have used this chemist for many many years and must say I have never had a bad experience. The staff have gone out of their way to help me on many occasions.
The Scottish lady is like an Angel who has always been so helpful, kind and understanding and goes out of her way to help you with a lovely smile.
I continue to support this vital service in our community, and recommend anyone who is looking for a chemist that cares about its customers.
