If there’s one name that’s synonymous with crash repair, it’s Fairfield’s. Within 10 minutes of some halfwit crashing into my pride and joy, Fairfield’s Bodyshop had been recommended by three separate passers by. From the moment the car was dropped off to them, they took care of everything, making what would normally be a very stressful affair, into an almost carefree experience from the customers point of view. Special mention must go to both Lloyd and Stuart, who really pulled out all the stops to ensure the car was not only repaired to a high standard, but doing so in a timely manner with exactly the kind of care and attention to detail that I hoped for. The service I received was courteous, professional and efficient and I would certainly use Fairfield’s again in the future. Update: After a very bad crash on the M25 where my partners car was driven into by a lorry, Fairfield’s took the job on and did a fantastic repair. Thanks again to Lloyd and Stuart
Fantastic service, superb work. They made the process very easy and the quality of the work on my mini countryman was excellent. I really appreciated the effort they made to ensure the repairs were completed to the timescale I required due to pre booked flights. Highly recommend!
After a very bad experience at the main Fairfield dealership, I was reluctant to ever come back, however... Stewart who runs the bodyshop side of the business has ALWAYS gone above and beyond every time I visited with my vehicles to have work carried out! I recently went in only to have my alloy wheels refurbished, but he went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my visit and even took it upon himself to touch up a few stone chips and to remove some very sticky adhesive from my rear window that I couldn't remove myself! I always had the same experience with my previous vehicles at the bodyshop! I genuinely hope that the service department at the main dealership can take note of this! They could learn a lot from Stewart and his team!

The team were so professional and great with communication. The actual work is outstanding and I didn’t even recognise my own car when I picked it up! It was a big job. I also had a fabulous brand new courtesy car which I didn’t want to give back! Special mention to Stuart and Kirsty who gave excellent customer service. Thank you!
I took my 1 series to BMW Fairfield Bodyshop to get my rear spoiler reinstalled as it was starting to come off on one side due to poor sealant. The guys at Fairfield did a great job and explained to me how they went about the task. Professional and trustworthy service. ????????
Great service and advice. I was kept informed through stages of repair. Lovely courtesy car and I was given full instructions on how to use the various features. Fantastic job on my car, bodywork immaculate. Would definitely use again should the need arise.
Very disappointing experience. I used them to repair my boot after a car accident last year. Ever since then my boot did not spring up correctly as it did previous to the accident. Its obviously not a major issue, but a little annoying that boot didn't spring up, especially when you have your hands 2 hands full of shopping bags. Also may become an issue when I come to sell the car.
Trying to get it fixed has been time consuming with BMW and has shown poor organisation and customer service.
1. I called them on Thursday 17th to book in boot repair and service at same time - A representative called Stuart, said he would get back to me as he needs to confirm availability from service department.
( You would think BMW would have a basic CRM system that allows each department to easily see availability and then avoid all the back and forth)
2. I waited until Monday 21st lunch time as I didnt receive a call back - So I called them, Stuart said he hasnt had a response from service department. he will call me once he had a reply, dont worry he has me on a "post it note" on his desk (You would think BMW in 2022 would be using a computer to set reminders on customers)
3. I waited patiently for 8 days and nothing, not a call or email. I called them and we booked it in for the 6th December.
4. Dropped my car off in the morning of the 6th.
5. Recived a call from Stuart about lunch time its fixed and ready to be picked up. Great finally I thought to myself.
6. I went to pick it up. Engineer come out to show me the boot and guess what it didnt spring up, so annoying. But I gave them the benefit of doubt as the car was parked down hill and he said it works fine on flat ground.
7. Drove home, parked on a flat road, pressed boot open and you guessed it. It Didnt spring up.
Absolute waste of my time. And no apology.
