Lovely coffee and food. The eggs Royal were delicious.
Location is a bit off the beaten track but worth a visit though wish it was located near the harbour it would be amazing.
Upon entry the aesthetics are very pleasing the staff are extremely welcoming, the seating is comfortable and I enjoyed a chat with the people inside who all showed a real passion for their coffee and providing good vibes! I was presented with a compact but well thought out menu, my order was made and served promptly and I enjoyed my perfectly cooked eggs Benedict on artisan sourdough, served with complementary fresh water, the portion was very generous and It was delicious I will definitely be returning just to try more of the menu
The coffee I had after my food was also of extremely high quality, I was pleased with its price, served at a perfect temperature and exactly what I needed to give me that mid morning boost. A varied selection of carefully sourced beans of different grades and roasts were available alongside fresh Juices , The flavour of coffee I chose was unique, rich and deep in flavour with slight sandlewood undertones and very smooth
The prices are very reasonable across the board for the quality of product you receive and I really enjoyed my visit to Grind . Highly recommended for those looking for a bit more from there coffee shop than the standard .
Had the Grind breakfast & my wife the eggs Benedict both were lovely, I also had a slice of cake to take away which I thoroughly enjoyed. As a first experience of this cafe we will definitely be up for a repeat visit to try other items on the menu.
Stumbled across this absolute gem today on my travels.
What a wonderful little find it was.
Lovely decor, very welcoming staff, one in particular who had vast knowledge of anything coffee related and was a magician on the machine.
The owner was there and we got talking and you could just tell the passion he had for coffee and people.
This prompted me to try the food and my gosh, you get what you pay for, it's a little upmarket but will not break the bank by any means but whoever was cooking the food is nothing short of a culinary maestro.
I have no hesitation in recommending this place to all and sundry, you will not be disappointed.
I wish all involved the best of luck and I will be down again to see you soon.
Thank you.
Awesome cafe. Chilled friendly atmosphere with great coffee. I'd rather spend my money here than any other cafes in the area. Support your local businesses, especially charming and down to Earth ones like this.
Top quality customer services, was happy to vacillate something that wasn’t on the menu. Yes I’m that awkward customer. Was really nice, friendly staff, immaculate clean and tidy. Good food.
