The owner is exceptionally rude! As a patient I sense the awkward atmosphere when he's around, you can tell he's the type of person that will speak down to you, there's a negative aura about him. However on the other hand the rest of the staff do an amazing job and are so very helpful and professional
The owner is incredibly rude! The rest of the staff are fine and quite polite. I've even seen the owner snap at his employee's, and have noticed staff moral low when he is around. Everyone looks on edge. The manager has no customer service skills. My family and I will not be using this pharmacy again. If you don't enjoy working then don't! Take early retirement you look as though you need it! Don't make your work colleagues life miserable.
Went in for a booster shot, not my normal pharmacy but had the earliest appointments available. Two lovely ladies, and the pharmacist giving the shot, were very polite considering I was actually late and while I likely won't ever go there again simply due to distance from where I actually live. I wish them all the best and am thankful for such a great experience.
Such a worst experience from the team who’s works there.. went to collect prescribed medicines for 3times which was there already delivered from the GP two weeks before. Not suggested

The male counter assistant who severed me was very condescending, rude and dismissive to the female co worker who tried to help him. To lambast a fellow colleague in front of a customer is very unprofessional and embarrassing to his fellow female co worker. His action to his fellow female co worker can not continue, and so reflects in my star rating.
I came into this pharmacy today 15/04/2019 to bring a proscription and I was met by a smile and a great service even helping me to electronically nominate the pharmacy for repeat priscription which I did also go back to the Dr's surgery to place my nomination and I was glad that I returned to greet pharmacy after the last episode and the boots episode and the Ark pharmacy episode with me at those pharmaceutical dives. So I'm pleased with the pharmacy And now near the date I need my repeat prescription. The two calls I made on 13/5/2019 to the pharmacy I am being told that they do not do the electronic repeat prescription request. The same Muslim lady was there who served me and can witness the man stamping my prescription so I can go to the Dr's surgery to place my nomination and I did. Now another woman on call I made said she doesn't know her name. Outrageously outrageous. I also called pat at the stratford House Surgery. Then again I was left over a hour on the call I made without my call being answered. Outrageously outrageous.
I used this pharmacy on about three occasions, very okay first ,and a assistant helped me with my inflammation medicine which I paid for and I also bought a flannel from the same assistant. But on my last visit they messed me about so I had to return three time's to collect meds ,and the same assistant was not there, anyway I felt that they became very intrusive towards me, and there was a queer talking to them, but staring at me. This made me uncomfortable and I left the pharmacy never to return to it again. I nominated another pharmacy now. After this pharmacy I went to boot's where they set me up to be slayed. No appointments, Rude receptionists, when you do get to see the Doctors, the doctors rush you, and doesn't wana listen what you have to say, they think they know it all, they say they don't have time to listen more than 1 thing, and tell you to make another appointment if you have other problems.
