It's absolutely terrible now. Take minimum 30 minutes on phone to get through. After they join Fairwater and Thornhill Surgery you can see doctor you want and they will send to one of them. Now twice we was booking in greenmeadow but we end up in Fairwater, shame on phone we haven't been told so we end up driving to one then been send to next one. Waist of money and fuel. Not happy at all. Don't feel they looking after patients
Most people rarely write good reviews only the negatives i myself being one of thoses. But i have to admit Dr Morgan has gone above and beyond for the care with my father with treatment both past and current. I can not fault her and thank her enough from both my father and myself.
Waste of time - you have to call now when you need to see a Doctor for emergencies - only trouble is you cannot get through. If you are lucky enough to get the answerphone it goes on for about 10 minutes and then tells you about the option to call! If it's not an emergency you can call after 10.30, which I did - 47 times over the past 4 hours, still no answer. Great news though - they are merging with Fairwater who are also adopting the same scheme. It seems they have gone out of the way to do everything they can to prevent you seeing a Doctor. Maybe they should open on weekends for those of us who have to work and can't spend all day trying to get through on the phone?
I've been with Greenmeadow for fifteen years and always had the greatest service and attention. After the time when all the doctors changed some years ago, I was apprehensive but all the doctors and nurses are excellent. Receptionists are extremely helpful.
Never known it to be so difficult to book in for a smear on TWO separate occasions. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. No wonder women dont attend their smears. Absolutely useless surgery and disgusting service.
I am not one to visit the doctors very often but when I do I am appalled by the receptionists attitude every time, I waited at least 5 minutes before she lifted her head to acknowledge I was there while she typed away on the computer, I understand that what she was doing was probably important but she didn't even lift her head to maybe say, "sorry to keep you waiting, i won't be a moment", all she said when she was ready to see to me was "you can check in at the self serve point mind if there is a queue", but there was no queue, like I said earlier, I don't go to the doctors very often so won't really know what the new procedures are, I really wish I knew receptionist name cos i think she needs to do a course on customer service.absolutely disgusting
I think all the staff are lovely and do a good job ,I have been to 3 different Surgery"s in my life and they are the best,most of my family have been going since its been opened many years ago and are happy with the staff.
Has to be the worst doctors surgery ever. My 5 month old baby has been ill for two weeks and I can’t get an appointment for them to see him. It’s an absolute joke of a surgery. We are changing today.
