Always polite and helpful, i regularly ask the pharmacist for advice on minor health issues. I take many medications and occasionally things are out of stock due to manufacturing issues and they inform me as soon as possible that there may be a delay, my prescriptions are usually delivered the same day as ordered and all the delivery drivers are excellent.
I spoke to a man at the pharmacy, and he was very rude. I was calling regarding one of my client. He cut the phone off on me and he was raising his voice. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.
Stay away from this pharmacy if you want to live they made medication for my little boy who had an infection and didn't even add the right amount of water into the medication and it was stronger than he actually needed and I wouldn't have even known if I didn't know the medication was a 7 day course because it finished in 4 and I was wondering why has it finished then when I went to get some more I realised how thin this medication was compared to the thickness of the first one and I even said to the staff why is it so thin now and he said to me it seems fine until I got angry because you could clearly see the difference and then he eventually said maybe there was less water added and I was like so u didn't even make it properly and he was like well its stronger if there's less water added and I told the doctor because his infection hasn't gone and I went today and told her this is what they did and she said that's unacceptable and then she said because its not suitable for kids to have a stronger dose than what was suppose to be given between the age 1 and 5 and my boy is 4 then she checked his weight and then she said your lucky your boy weighs over 20kg because they shouldnt be making stronger doses for kids....trust me guys just avoid this pharmacy for your own health and safety because these guy couldn't care less you should see the staff in there....there absolutely rude and look like rhey can't even be bothered working
My mum was down to her last pain meds, regular chemist didnt have any and i rang around greenhead were amazing not only did they have them but they delivered them too.
Opening hours aren’t helpful with lunch time closure and carpark is for cafe next door and double yellow lines outside. Pharmacist said can use it but there are clamping warnings. Just not a convenient pharmacy.
Good pharmacy with extended opening hours. Good stock levels usually and fairly quick service. No longer open till midnight. There is no parking and the parking in front of the pharmacy is restricted to the cafe next-door.
Wouldn’t serve me a inhaler after being told I’m prescribed them and they was lost. Which resulted in me having a asthma attack after leaving the store. Rude staff very rude man behind the till with glasses. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting service and place is a dump
Simple, did what they should have done, were very polite, nice clean pharmacy and great opening hours.
