Lovely country pub full of the Midlands cheer. Thanks for a delicious dinner see you next week.
Group of 10 of us went lunchtime today, it's the third time going here as a group. Food is really good and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly, everywhere clean.
Had a lovely meal with the wife and a guest ale. The food was amazing and the portion size was just as good.
The staff are friendly and I could not fault my wife's birthday meal.
We both enjoyed it a propper pub we have already decided to go again next week.
First and last meal at the Green Man. Ordered fish & chips and a can of diet Coke each for the two of us which cost £24.10. Chips looked and tasted hand cut but were cold and limp. The garden peas were hard and dry. My battered cod was identical in shape to my wife's and appeared to be of the type available in cheap freezer shops. Neither of us ate more than a mouthful of the fish as it had a strange taste and appeared to have been standing a long time or reheated.
Traditional English country pub with traditional quality country food and regulars. Everything good, worth knowing, going, eating and drinking.

5of us went as usual dinner always great but this time we had a banging surprise home made trifle with GIN wow this is necter well done cookie
