Went to get my Lupo diagnosed, they didn't charge me for it to be looked at maybe because they knew they weren't able to fix the fault for me.
The chap said to me he will price up the parts and job then get back to me. This usually takes a day or 2 max, so I had no call back from him. I chased this everyday whilst being at work, the chap stating he forgot or he hasn't got round to it or he will price it up after his lunch break same old excuses for a week.
At this point I'm thinking awful customer service. Not even an apology for the delay in responding back to me.
Nevertheless after me the customer chasing this up and not getting a phone callback from the garage I was told the Parts are not available to buy and they can't do the job. So this garage wasted my whole week didn't even explain the fault properly offered awful customer service and they couldn't even tell me where the leak or hole in the pipes was, he didn't even tell me what the part is called so I could try and source it myself so I've been struggling to sort my car out and this garage is absolutely useless and didn't help.
They could of atleast offered a temp fix or tried to seal the hole or leak for the time being. But zero effort made
Absolutely useless and I'm very disappointed
I would advise not to use these people they don't know how to treat their customers or even inform them of the actual fault or parts required.
Do not use if you Have a fault they are not competent enough to resolve
Called again couple weeks later as i was struggling to figure out the fault myself after trying to find the fault asking other members online on forums and watching youtube videos to no avail so I asked him for advice he didn't even help, spoke all over me thinking he could overpower me by talking over me don't think his mother taught him any manners how to deal with people in a respectful way. instead he started arguing on the phone and hung up on me when I was very polite and courteous with him. Then I called back he refused to answer my call, this is their customer service...
The guy with the glasses (refused to give his name although he knew mine) is the rude one with no manners and not willing to help whatsoever. Gave me a million and one reasons and in the end no resolution. 0 out of 10 for customer service and unable to give me other options. This employee deserves to be sacked after the way he spoke to me. I hope management are reading this complaint

Great service every time I use this garage on my VW T5 and family cars very professional and reliable service from MOT to complete servicing and repair.
These guys are polite and professional and go that extra mile
Huge thanks to whoever helped my daughter yesterday. She popped a tyre on Walsgrave Road and is a little clueless when it comes to replacing for the spare, but a guy helped her out and directed her to the closest place for a new one. They were really busy but this guy still helped someone in need! Merry Christmas!
I highly recommend this garage, I've used it for many years and always been satisfied with the services they offer. I use the services for all my family vehicles. I actually live in Leicester and have no problem driving to Coventry to have any of my families vehicles tested or repaired.
I took my car here today with a faulty exhaust although not booked they managed to get my car in and fix it I can’t fault this very professional garage and il definitely be using these guys as my regular garage top job
High recommend garage. Changed wheel bearing on my Audi really quick with good price. Definitely I will come back.

Amazing team at Green Garage, always helpful and very honest. I have been taking my car there since over 7 years. I atleast do 20,000miles a year and have it regularly serviced here at Green Garage. I have had remarkable customer service and not had major problems with my car. They are honest and reliable and very efficient. Would definitely recommend them without a doubt.
