This place has amazing food, great staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Even from Sawston, it is worth cycling in any weather to eat here. The pizzas are delicious, and the base is just right. As well, the Ciabattas are tasteful and I can't wait to try more. Everything about this place is just right.
This was a great find, a few minutes off the A11, M11.
It is a really clean place with a great range of cakes made by the owners, who are very nice and serious about providing excellent service. The coffee was very good, too.
With its own car park, outdoor and indoor seating, a play area for kids and a lawn out back, it is a perfect place to stop on a long journey. I'm going to be visiting again next time we're traveling that way.
Just watch the opening hours, though. At the time of writing this (May 2023), they are only open Thursday to Sunday each week.
Found this cafe by chance as Google maps took us to a housing estate around the corner for somewhere else (Joan's or something).
Traveling from Kent to Lincolnshire, we wanted to get passed the M25 before stopping for breakfast, and Graystones certainly did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and polite, food was amazing and they were happy to substitute tomatoes and mushrooms for extra bacon.
Veggie breakfast looked amazing and the avocado portion was huge!! If we're ever going up that way again, will be sure to swing by.
Super cute cafe, felt homie ???? We loved our breakfast & they have such a fun selection of apple juice mixes ????
Love the Graystones. Coffee Shop/Deli/Restaurant. Great food. Great Coffee. Great cakes. Just an awesome addition to the village. Oh, and the Brekkie ????. Love my Sunday Mornings down there.
Lovely little cafe, shame the heating wasn’t on as I sat with coat on while I waited and ate my lunch. No one wants to be cold while eating
Cute place we stopped at for coffee during a walk on Sunday morning. We paid £9 for 3 coffees. Good selection of tempting cakes and breakfast items. Would visit again if I was in the area.
Walking the three parish churches, Duxford, Hinton & Ickleton. Just across from the bus stop makes an ideal starting and stopping point.
Favourite stopping point en route was this little water mill pond.
Great cakes (for energy), drinks and company.
