Lovely chippy, one of the nicest in the area. I asked for less batter on the fish and they got it just right, came out extra crunchy and crispy. Chips are lush, but portions. Chicken nuggets are a bit meh. Lady behind the til was very nice, polite and friendly.
Best chippy in the UK. I've used this chippy throughout my life & it has never disappointed. Food is amazing & the amount you get for your money is amazing. There was so much it wouldn't all fit on my plate. & I was stuffed. Left half for later. Staff are lovely & friendly.

Very good place for fish and chips . Food is tasty and quantity is better from other stores . U can park roadside or adjoining street as well. Staff is very good . Service is good . Prepare after order and serve fresh food always . U can also buy other things from here .

After reading reviews I traveled 6 mile to this fish shop wish I hadn’t bothered terrible to get parked and as for the fish and chips not worth the travel had better near home once you opened the large fish very little inside won’t be back sorry

I got the cowboy meal deal and wife got sausage and chips we also got onion rings and a bottle is sasperella, the price for the food on portion size was good proper chip shop curry and it sold Mr fishwicks traditional pop which is a massive bonus only thing that put me off was the onion rings were too greasy and the same when I had a bite of the battered burger ,the chips were OK and if they had of told me that it was a battered burger with the cowboy meal I wouldn't have got it but it was too late , the lass at the till was canny . I will go back but not anytime soon
