Have been a customer here for years until recently. I originally went here to get an oil leak fixed they had me back over 3 days without anything being fixed. That’s 3 days of my work cancelled.
On the 2nd day They told me everything had been sorted and charged me £40 for the repair. I asked them for a receipt and they completely fobbed me off. Went back when I seen the problem was still there and they said to bring it back. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Third day one of the guys in there had fixed my step at the back which had been bumped by me ages ago, I really appreciated this very much and was a good job but did not ask for this to be done. Why was the job they charged me for not carried out? The owner kept wanting me to bring it back another day to be fixed. Can’t say I’ve been more than patient with them. Found a new garage that’s straight on to it, can’t ever say I will return back here ever... they still have my money and I would have still had the problem. It’s a Shame. It used to be a good garage.. they did a lot of work for me when needed but the way it’s ran now I would save yourself the stress from going here.
Worst experience ever!
I booked my car in this garage there had me waiting about for two hours so went back in to see want was happening the owner of the garage said nothing getting done today he said come back tomorrow so I thought to myself he’s never moved out of his chair I wouldn’t never waste my time going back to this garage again as it was just for a mot for him to sit in the chair another day no chance
All my family have been a loyal customer for 8 years now and was alway happy with results.Although they resently had my car for over a month and still never touched it for MOT so taking our business elsewhere. We won't be taking any of our vehicles back again. It appears they have contracts with showrooms to get cars through as quick as possible and ain't bothering with loyal customers.
Very rude staff Rip off car in for new clutch ended up with more faults that what it went in for. Hassle and ruse over payment Which garages don't have a card reader especially when you can't get to a bank . Car left a complete tip
Recently had MOTand service. Excellent work thank you. Car running great. Will be back.
Always get an Excellent service at a good price. Wouldnt take our cars anywhere else.
What ever you need done,gets done,car owners need a garage they can trust, with quality of work and prices This is one of those few Garages.
