First review on Google. This is a fabulous place to rest after the hiking! The roast ham sandwich really tastes great! I was even wondering what kind of salad dressing they used. The bread of the sandwich is soft and the coleslaw is the best I have ever tasted!
This is an excellent cafe. The food is good quality and fresh, the coffee is very good, as are the cakes, and the service is efficient.
It's great little cafe, with a variety of hot and cold food and some great coffee! It's a little snug in there, but plenty of space outside. Friendly staff with good value food and drinks.
WOW what a little gem which we stumbled upon while exploring the Lake District. My wife claimed that her panini was the best she had ever eaten and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Cumberland hotdog, which was obviously made with fresh ingredients in a large soft roll and lovely camerlised onions. We tried to give feedback when we left the cafe but sadly we couldn't find anyone to speak to.
The cafe is located in a lovely setting close to a river and some nice walks in the area. Unfortunately we didn't find any signs on the main road to navigate customers to the cafe, and we were lucky to stumble upon this place by chance.

Lovely cafe! We got caught in one of the lake Districts famous downpours but the lovely coffee and friendly staff warmed us right up!
The Grange cafe is a lovely little cafe in Borrowdale which is roughly 6 miles from Keswick and you can get there easily if you're walking around derwentwater water and use it as a half way point! We didn't eat but they've got a lovely little food menu and local art, honey, Jams and loads of drinks to order!
They have alternative milks to choose from!
If you're in the area across the cafe is a lovely little church which is well worth a look inside!
Great cafe, lots of delicious food and lovely staff. Our family enjoyed the soup, scone, cake, loaded fries etc. Also served alcohol and lovely sounding ice cream
