Been buying meat from GTFB for more years than I can remember, never had a bad experience ever. Lovely family, great service and superior quality meats and produce. Hadn't been for a while due to I'll health but managed to make the walk from West Byfleet there to buy the most fabulous shoulder of lamb ever for Easter Sunday lunch with daughter and son in law. Stupendous. Honestly, it really is well worth the price premium. It's value for money. Good on ya Graham, Corrinne and daughters. I'll be back as soon as I can ❤️
Excellent quality meats in a changing variety. You can see they love what they're doing. Sausage rolls are the best I ever had !
It's a well presented shop with a lot of variety and very helpful people serving. I bought some of their lovely Surrey ribeye that is dry-aged on site and some stilton to make into sauce for the ribeye. The quality of both were exceptional and I look forward to trying some of their other produce. Given the quality, I think the prices were very fair.
Visited this fantastic butchers today! WOW, have been in retail for 37years and a pleasure to walk in to a traditional butcher, brilliant display, range with a knowledgable team!
Purchased fillet steaks…gorgeous! And looking forward to trying the duck in plum sauce kebabs tomorrow!

Very friendly staff with a wonderful selection of produce however if you're paying £60 per kilo for beef fillet you expect it to melt in your mouth... Sadly that wasn't the case with the substantial 1.2Kg piece that my Wife lovingly made into a Beef Wellington for my birthday treat today. Although beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection, wonderfully rare, it was difficult to cut and had a tough texture to eat. A real disappointment that we didn't expect.
This butcher really is a cut above the rest. Excellent quality meat, fantastic service and reasonably priced. I wish it was closer but happy to drive to get there.
This is a great shop- quality cuts, quality service, great selection. I have never been disappointed in any of our puchases which have ranged from fresh cuts, their own sausages, and ready made meals like beef wellington. They even have cuts from Argentina and USDA. We have also enjoyed their fresh cheese selection!
