This garage came to my assistance last week after Halfords National Tyres allowed me to drive down M5 with two new tyres with the vales incorrectly fitted causing a flat tyre leaving me in a compromised situation along with my passenger.They were contacted by Green Flag and as soon as they were aware of me being disabled they sprang into action bringing a lower lo loader this enabling me to get into the cab.They took me to a local tyre centre who confirmed the situation and made it safe to continue our journey.Many thanks to all involved

After getting stuck in mud due to the main Ledbury cross road been shut and a dogy sat nav instruction i ended up in a field 500yds of the road in about ten inches of mud and the car was well and truly stuck what looked like crass but if you stood on it your shoe was crabbed and you sank...so the car had no chance!!!

So got refered to this firm by the AA

An opperator call RICH arrived and solved the problem in ten minutes with his superb recovery vehicle and winched me clear to drive out on to the main road....job done....very fair price so was pleased all round.

Also the ladies on the phone deserve a mention...very helpfull during my predicament.....one was a lady called LYNN and another lady whose name i have forgot but was also very helpful.

If you need off road recorvery this is the company that can sort it....the number is in my phone just in case ...so well done to all.

After breaking a spring towing our caravan to Cornwall, Graham couldn't have helped us more. Organised a campsite we could stop at and towed our van and dropped us off there and even lent me a courtesy car free while he took our car into his garage for repair! All repaired and we can carry on with our holiday we can't thank him and his team enough, first class service and friendly people you won't go wrong using these guys.

My alternator died in Cheltenham on a weekend and I have an unusual car Chrysler Cruiser 300c. By Monday lunchtime I had phoned 17 local garages and none would take it on. As I live in France my return was booked Thursday 8am. Although 40+ miles away I gave Graham Baker a ring, the ladies in the office were charming and helpful and assured if the right parts arrived they would transport it and fix it. As sure as eggs the wrong parts arrived, but they all pulled for me and by 1pm Wednesday it was done. They kept in contact all the way and kept me informed as they knew my position. A fantastic job, company and staff, and also what I consider to be a reasonable price for all they did. It might look like they're a little off the grid but discount that completely they can pick your car up and at a reasonable price at 90 mile tow £100. Bravo, you saved my day!
