Lead pharmacist here is amazing. She has the best customer service skills ever. Was friendly & accommodating when dealing with hayfever jab.
Lyndsey and Katherine and all their lovely staff have been a godsend for myself and my husband. Not only do they deal with the everyday things they also reorder prescriptions and they also deliver them if you are unable to leave your home. They offer so much support to all, they are simply the best.
The staff were so helpful and knew how to get a prescription for someone from out of the area. Excellent.
Sadly after a long time I have to leave this pharmacy for a number of reasons. Firstly the availability of some drugs that Goodlife's suppliers don't supply. The girls that work here are very helpful (especially Emma) but as I now need my pills in blister trays and doc's won't prescribe and Goodlife want £240 a year to do this I am forced to an NHS online Pharmacy that will do this for free.
Goodlife did these for me for free too at one time but sadly its profit before people everywhere now.

Nice surprise to hear you on the world at One today (I'm now posh/ middle aged & listen to Radio 4!), it's a great service you're doing for the nation in its hour of need. I was on a sponsored bike ride with Lyndsey 10 years ago for the YHA's family breaks & can honestly say she not only goes the extra mile, but the extra 450 miles!
Unfortunately they lost 2 of my prescriptions and after waiting nearly an hour had to go back to the doctor for a repeat girls tried to be helpful but wasted time as visited twice
