Delivery took over an hour for a 15 min journey and food wasn't hot when it arrived, but warm.
The veg was undercooked in the chow mein.
The meal was very expensive but delivery was a good price. Lady who took our order was nice. But £4.80 for warm, plain egg fried rice that lacked egg, soy sauce and salt/pepper means that I won't be ordering from here again. However, some of my family love it.
We came to collect our food & they accidentally left out the pancakes for our duck pancakes. I phoned up and the boss went out of his way to drop them to us free of charge. The food was stunning too. Little things like that go a really long way, we really appreciated it! Amazing business. Well worth ordering from. Xx
My usual Chinese was shut for holiday. Tried to order over the phone here and the person on the phone was just rude. Didn’t listen to anything I was saying just going on like a robot. Asked for a usual Chinese dish and her reply was “we don’t do them”. She could have at least offered an alternative. Terrible telephone manner. I will never order here and never recommend them to anyone.
Best food with very high standards. Always busy and very popular. Once you order from here, you will never look elsewhere. Food Hygiene rating is 5/5 and has been for over 10 years.

The beef was very tender and all hot and tasty. About £40 in all (ordered for 3 people). Ordered exactly the same now and hoping it's as good again.

Food is usually great but awful customer service. Called to ask about delivery times and was told 45 mins to an hour. Just over 2 hours later still no food. Partner rang to enquire and was told it was being looked into and to expect a call back. No call back so rang again to be told that the driver had left and should be with us shortly. Asked politely for some discount because of the delay to be told quite rudley, no as it was an approximate time and that they had been busy. Understanble but a little compensation for the long delay would've gone a long way. I told the lady if that was the case then cancel the order only to be told "ok fine no problem" and have the phone put down on me. Driver turns up minutes later. Explained the situation to him and asked him to find out if the food was free or discounted and if not to take it back. Driver leaves to make the call only to return to say sorry no discount.
Approximate times are one thing but over an hour late with no compensation is something else. Had we been told otherwise I would have gone to collect instead, as their collection times are usually excellent. Zero customer service skills. We only asked for a little compensation and only escalated it because of the rudeness.
For reference food was ordered at 18.10 and didn't arrive until 20.30.
