Have been eating this takeaway for years and it's very good. By far the best Chinese takeaway around.
I don't even know where to start the staff are rude, the wait time is ridiculous. Most place I go to you get prawn crackers free they wanted to charge me £2 for a small bag the the chicken balls was nice bit the curry sauce tasted burnt because I'm not sure how that's possible the egg fried rice was definitely reheated and don't get me started on the chicken and black bean sauce it was so over salted and the chicken is not fresh its like something you get out of a can left an really bad taste in my mouth had to throw it away such a waste of money but you wouldn't even give it to your dog. 1 star it to much I will say my overall review is 0 star
The always two men staff frog eyeing everyone when ordering chips are re cooked like 6 times over curry not the best prices are too much over placed they using cheap food at high prices how how Chippy five mins walk half the price better value better food normal Chippy prices this Chippy Is just a greedy Chippy stay away
I don't know where the negative reviews come from here, possibly from the chinese takeaway across the road from them ???? This is the best chinese takeaway in the village. In fact, the best i've had anywhere. Full of flavour (despite what one reviewer has put, maybe they only bought beansprouts?) Chicken is FRESH and COOKED through and not TINNED (as one reviewer puts) and always has been in the 20plus years I've been going. Food is always done in good timing, pleasant staff. Sure, they only accept cash and don't deliver, but if you're reviewing them, it should be on their food, right? Not how lazy you are that you can't be bothered to pick up after they've cooked it for you. 5 STARS.
Very poor quality meal. We couldn’t even eat the chicken at all, pretty sure it’s tinned chicken due to the jelly texture. Whole meal lacked flavour, only part we enjoyed were the chips!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Best chinese around they all get it wrong sometimes but this place is consistently very good and use real meat best place for along way also the young girl on the counter is lovely always has a smile and polite dont understand some peoples comments
