This chippy isn't near me but a couple of miles away near where my son lives, they do the chips exactly how chips should be, food is very nice, friendly owners. Can't fault them. Prices are typical prices.
Ordered set meal A. All food lovely, however it was totally ruined by ‘egg fried rice’ that tasted and smelt of cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting and left us both feeling sick.
I absolutely love this chippy, the staff are friendly. The chips for starters are just right, chips from other chippy's in the area are like balsa wood, way over done, or leave a strange aftertaste in your mouth. I'd definitely recommend the Golden Palace.
