Always order from here, myself and inlaws are local.
I ordered tonight, confirmed they had my order correct twice with the girl that answered the phone and she confirmed the order, I even confirmed again!
When it came I was missing 2 of the same thing which was the one thing I confirmed the most, I called the restaurant to explain that I had a missing item as this had never happened before and was passed into a male, who I’m assuming is the owner?… stating that they would deliver the missing part of my order but would be charging me, that they had been busy and it wasn’t the girls fault. Appreciate take aways get busy but when you always use the same Chinese take away everytime, recommend them to others, and then get charged for their error I have no words.
He was shouting and would not listen when I was trying to explain that I had confirmed the order multiple times and that this was their error not mine… all I got was shouting over me stating ‘I will send out but it will be charge’
I don’t appreciate that at all, not when we have used them for the past 6 years.
Avoid this place at all costs food is absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even feed it to my dog it turned up bland as hell no taste what so ever egg fried rice is like microwaved pouches you get from supermarket roast duck is slimy and full of fat. Salt and pepper chips nothing salt and pepper about them soggy cold dry like they have been re warmed from previous day. Rang up demanded a refund had to throw it all away. Waited over a hour aswell. They put phone down on me. Just don't even waste your money or time. I don't write reviews often but please believe me when I say it's the worst Chinese ever! Day light robbery
Food was absolutely delicious, staff were amazing when I rang up and extremely helpful the egg fried rice was especially good, the food turned up a lot quicker than I was expecting and the driver was just as polite as the lad on the phone, great place for a Chinese and couldn’t recommend more.
By far the worse Chinese iv ever had the chicken , what there was of it was over cooked and hard the chip a soggy mess... over priced rubbish and how can they justify a extra £2 a meal on just eat compared to the menu
The food arrived within the time stated.
I placed my order over the phone and I had asked for sweet and sour King Prawn balls but pork was delivered. I stated no garlic in the fried beansprouts but they arrived with loads, almost a ridiculous amount of visible pieces of garlic in it.
The food overall was okay but I have had much better. I do not feel it was worth the money as it is pretty expensive for what you get.
Waited 2 hours for my food and it’s absolutely vile
Friendly staff, pizza was as good as top brands, if not better price is well fair and alot more options to choose from.
And yes portions are overwhelming as had more than just pizza, they must have thought I was starving, some of the lids on cartons would not close.
I really recommend this takeaway fresh and prepared in front of you.
Brilliant quality food as always. Salt and Pepper chicken to die for. Would always recommend Cantonese style sweet and sour over the chicken balls too. Chicken chow mein is one of the better ones I've had in the area. Sole issue is that around 3/4 of the time when we order, I have to return as they give us plain chips, not salt & pepper as ordered and paid for.
