Really looking forward to my curry. Had heard good things about the food. Sadly I was very disappointed with my chicken curry. It did not taste of curry at all and I love my curry. Did wonder if they forgot the curry powder.
Away on holiday we found this Chinese and ordered dinner for us. We had Chicken chow mein, salt and chilli chips with salt and chilli chicken. One word... Amazing.
Food was piping hot, fresh, sooo tasty it ticked every box. Highly recommend Golden Bowl. Probably one of the best Chinese takeaways we've ever had.
Although very reasonable in price our food was cold again. The food itself was delicious.
Please speak to your front of house staff about interacting pleasantly with customers
I tried a dozen times to bring forward the meal I'd ordered earlier, I ordered a meal for collection at 9:30 & was hung up on everytime, I even used 2 other phones just incase my phone was faulty.
I don't know about what sort of service that your wanting but it's not the type of service I want.
The food is good but the customer service needs improving & fast
Best Chinese food for miles and I have looked!! I travel from Lowestoft ( 8miles ) to get the best. This doesn't always notice I've been as you park in a car park and often someone else collects it but I'm a regular. :)
Fabulous food again only problem for me is I live 150 miles away so will make sure I visit the area again. Great flavour good portions and arrives piping hot. Delivery service has been good arrives on time with friendly drivers. Thanks to all for the service.
Another lush meal from here last night, great price, portion size and tastes great. Chicken chow mein, Singapore rice chow mein and curry.
Fantastic food and service, had an issue with our order but was sorted out within no time, great service from the guy on the phone! 10 stars!
