Really enjoyed our Chinese from here, the chicken and sweet corn soup was fantastic as were the mixed started (chicken satay in particular). I had duck with garlic for my main and it was absolutely lovely - quick delivery to a rural area too, highly recommend
Have ordered from here twice now and been impressed both times - online ordering works well, delivery quick and food piping hot. Pork chow mein with garlic was delicious (and would have served about 4!!), and great hot and sour soup.
Had a take away delivered on Thursday costing around £25. Wrong sauce received. Ribs were nice, but the chips had been re cooked several times as were brown and saturated in fat. The rest of the meal was average. Will not use again.
No food turned up after 3 hours! We ordered at 6.30pm and after several calls to be assured it was on the way at 9.30pm I cancelled the order. It was a £50+ order for a special family occasion and we ended up having beans on toast!
The food is so awesome! It's so delicious and delightful, The sweet chilli chicken was so lovely it's worth it
Never had a bad meal from here . Tonights meal for 4 was absolutely fantastic plenty food and very tasty . The half duck starter could have fed 6 . I just wonder if some of the bad posts are not really true and biased. I will recommend this chinese to anybody.
Ordered sausage chips and gravy. Chips had obviously been cooked numerous times as we're brown and soggy. Sausages had been cooked then reheated in a microwave. The gravy was like a mushroom and onion soup. (Not stated on menu that you get 1000 mushrooms in the gravy). Don't think I will be back
WORST CHINESE IVE EVER HAD :
I VISTED THIS CHINESE ON THE 18/03/19 DUE TO MY USUAL CHINESE BEEN CLOSED FOR THE EVENING ....I ORDERED A SWEETAND SOUR PORK BALLS, RICE, CHIPS AND A BEEF CHOW MEIN FOR COLLECTION
when the food was collected and we opened it the first thing i noticed was the extreme sickly smell of garlic the menu mentioned that dishes can be cooked in garlic or blackbean sauces
it says nothing about them coming swimming in it if you want it or not
the sweet and sour sauce was so sweet i presumed they was a bag of sugar in it this made my wife physically sick !
to sum it all up i paid 18.60 for two dishes and drinks all the chinese food went in the bin so basically ive paid 18.60 for a bag of chips and two cans of soft drinks oh and i musnt forget the 1/2 bag of prawn crackers you get free !!!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS CHINESE
